Alexander Doll Company, Inc. reserves the right to terminate any existing dealer at any time, consistent with the policies set forth above. Alexander Doll Company, Inc. reserves the right to choose its dealers at its sole discretion, and to choose to supply or decline to supply products to existing or potential dealers at its option.
All orders, with the exception of EDI orders, must be placed directly with your Sales Representative. Any order received in any other fashion will not be processed.
Alexander Doll Company, Inc. will make every effort to fulfill requested time period of shipment, but reserves the right to ship merchandise as production schedules permit. Orders will be filled
on a first come, first served basis.
Due to the handmade nature of each Madame AlexanderŽ creation, product contents and color may vary. Quantities are limited.
Alexander Doll Company, Inc. cannot fulfill requests for special consumer orders nor honor Dealer "back-up" orders.
Invoices not paid when due are subject to a separate charge of 1˝% per month.
Order cancellations will not be accepted or honored unless they are received in writing 60 days or more prior to the order cancellation date.
When dividing any order to ship to multiple locations, a $25 shipping and handling fee per location will be assessed unless the order for that location meets or exceeds $200.00.
Labeling and packaging outside of our normal specifications will be assessed an additional shipping and handling fee.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise: Damaged or defective merchandise must be returned for repair within 30 days from date of invoice with a return authorization (RA). To obtain approval for an RA, customers must fax their request with the number of cartons noted to 212-283-4263. Merchandise shipped to Alexander without an R.A. will not be accepted.

Pricing will be determined by the price list in effect at the time of the order.
